Village at Proprietors Green in Marshfield, MA, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of six and ensure clean, welcoming spaces for residents in Independent and Assisted Living and memory care areas.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm (with flexibility), reporting to the Director of Facilities. Eligible benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, meals, a 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.

The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

We are looking for an individual who is dependable and empathetic to supervise our team of six department members. Also displays a willingness to work as a collaborative team leader amongst our community, promoting teamwork amongst the team.

This is a full-time position/40 hours per week/Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm (with flexibility) and reports to the Director of Facilities.

This role entails light housekeeping for Residents in the Independent and Assisted Living neighborhoods as well as maintaining light cleaning tasks to the common areas ensuring the beauty and cleanliness of our VPG community.
