Newport Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Rooms Division, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic hotel environment.

You will recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff, manage budgets and staffing, and address guest concerns to continuously improve service quality. This on-site leadership position is ideal for motivated hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job requirements.

What You'll Do:

You'll oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations, focusing on:

• Leading Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
• Ensuring Impeccable Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.

We're Looking For:
