Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will manage a team of staff, train them to deliver exceptional service, and conduct routine inspections to uphold cleanliness and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
