Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Denver seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in supervising housekeeping and laundry operations and ensure quality standards are met and guests receive outstanding service. This role requires hands-on cleaning duties and training of room attendants to maintain brand time, product and placement standards.

You will report to the Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper and support a dynamic team in a high-pace hotel environment.

Job Description Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor (HS) works with the Housekeeping Manager to assist in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives. In addition to inspecting rooms and training room attendants this position will perform cleaning duties in all areas of the hotel. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for delivering clean rooms for occupancy that meet the brand’s time, product and placement standards.

Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper

Type: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
