Job summary

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Suites is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, inspecting rooms, coaching staff, and upholding Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and service.

You will oversee guest experiences, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across hotel departments to deliver exceptional service in a beachside setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of hotel experience required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping team.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Hyatt quality standards are consistently met.
Coach, mentor, and support housekeeping colleagues while promoting a positive team culture.
