Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa in Florida is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure rooms and public areas meet Hyatt standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, assist with interviewing and training, and coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests staying at this award-winning resort.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of hotel experience required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping team
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Hyatt quality standards are consistently met
Coach, mentor, and support housekeeping colleagues while promoting a positive team culture
Assist with interviewing, training, and performance coaching
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
Complete daily administrative responsibilities and departmental documentation
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our Housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.
