Job summary

Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming in line with Hyatt brand standards.

The role involves making beds, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance or guest items left behind. Daily responsibilities include coordinating via a mobile device and collaborating with housekeeping teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and/or reach for the duration of the shift, including moving between floors and buildings with large carts and equipment

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Schedule

This is a full-time, hourly position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts begin at 8:30 a.m. and are generally 8 hours, depending on business needs.
