Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton-Buffalo Downtown in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the cleaning team and ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies meet our standards.

You will oversee inspection results, retrain staff when needed and, in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, supervise the entire department. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• One year previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton-Buffalo Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their housekeeping team!

A Housekeeping Supervisor, oversees and supervises cleaning personnel and inspects hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies by performing the following duties.

• Maintains cleanliness standards for both guest rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met.
• Records inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies.

Pay range: $18-$19
