Harcum College, a leader among the nation’s 2-year colleges, has an immediate need for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor at our Bryn Mawr Campus. The role involves providing direction, training, and performance assessment to housekeepers, ensuring thorough and safe cleaning of college facilities. This position requires a dedication to high cleanliness standards and may include evening work, weekends, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Ensure cleaning is performed thoroughly and safely
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a college/university or similar environment
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred
• Prior supervisory experience
• Ability to walk, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Pay Range:

$38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
