Job summary

The Peninsula Beverly Hills is seeking a Supervisor to join the Housekeeping Management team in Beverly Hills. You will oversee the cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms, public areas, pantries, and service spaces while delivering warm, personalized service.

You will lead and train team members, monitor operations, and coordinate special amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations across a luxury property.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to lead and train team members, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and to lift or move objects requiring 10-20 pounds on a regular basis.
• Flexible to work a variable schedule, including two relief overnight shifts, as well as weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
