Job summary

The Augusta Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in maintaining a clean, safe, healing environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in institutional housekeeping and laundry services.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are valued but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and lead housekeeping and/or laundry team.
• Develop and maintain department schedule to ensure adequate staffing.
• Performs periodic inspections of the building and grounds to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other staff members to address resident needs and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ensures all facility policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.

As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you and your team create a clean, safe, healing environment throughout the facility. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of life for our team and those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train and lead housekeeping and /or laundry team

Rate of Pay

USD $45,760.00 - USD $50,000.00 /Yr.

What You'll Bring:
