National Health Care Associates, Inc. in Augusta, ME is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team in maintaining a clean, safe, healing environment across the facility.

You will hire, train and schedule staff, perform inspections, and collaborate with other departments to meet resident needs while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. We offer competitive pay of USD 45,760 to 50,000 per year, comprehensive training and mentorship, and strong opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in institutional housekeeping and laundry services
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required; training will be provided
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
