Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards across the property. The role involves supervising daily activities, managing inventory, and coordinating inspections of rooms and public areas.

The supervisor will address guest concerns, maintain budgeted supply levels, and uphold high hygiene practices while supporting a collaborative, team-driven environment.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Compensation

$14 hourly
