MGM Resorts International at MGM National Harbor in National Harbor, Maryland seeks a Housekeeping Status Board Operator to support guest experiences behind the scenes. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and dispatch services or route to appropriate departments.
• Assist with shift-change tasks and distribute keys/radios.
• Compile and distribute management reports to Front Desk.
• Monitor rooms for check-outs and readiness for inspection; alert Supervisors.
• Handle guest service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk and Facilities on requests and special cases.
• Process lost and found inquiries and coordinate with Security.

As the central communication hub for the department, you will coordinate guest requests, support operational efficiency, and ensure seamless collaboration between Housekeeping, Front Desk, Facilities, and other resort teams.
