Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Housekeeping Team

The Housekeeping Team includes Cabin Attendants, Inspectors, and Laundry Attendants. This team is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and verifying the cleanliness of park cabins, lodges, and other guest quarters, along with linens. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

Duties & Responsibilities

Cabin Attendants

• Clean and maintain park cabins, lodges, and guest quarters
• Maintain assigned housekeeping equipment and supplies safely
• Ensure cabins are properly stocked and equipped
• Remove trash and used linens from guestrooms
• Set climate control to approved temperature settings
• Report maintenance issues discovered during cleaning
• Record and turn in lost and found items
• Participate in other projects as assigned

Housekeeping Inspectors

• Inspect cabins and lodges to ensure cleanliness meets brand standards
• Ensure cabins are properly stocked and report maintenance issues
• Monitor temperature controls and appliances
• Work with housekeepers to clean guestrooms
• Record and manage lost and found items
• Mentor housekeeping staff to meet standards and improve performance
• Use reservation systems to communicate room status and report discrepancies

Laundry Attendants

• Handle all laundry and linens, ensuring cleanliness at or above standards
• Sort, treat, and wash linens appropriately
• Transport loads to and from laundry area
• Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment
• Monitor supplies and report shortages
• Clean appliances and report maintenance issues
• Track linens and manage lost and found items
• Assist teammates with laundry and cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Maintain a positive work environment and good communication

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Remain stationary as needed
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl
• Manipulate fingers, hands, and arms for reaching and carrying
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
