Pleasant Lake Villa is a 199-bed skilled nursing facility featuring a 30-suite assisted living, a well-appointed therapy center, and a dedicated rehabilitation unit with private suites and physician-led programs. We also offer on-site hemodialysis services.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our environmental services team. Housekeepers play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by maintaining a warm, clean, and friendly home environment. Collaborating with facility staff, they ensure that all areas, including offices and resident care spaces, are kept clean, safe, and orderly.

Job Responsibilities

1. Complete all housekeeping functions according to facility policies and regulations.
2. Follow the facility schedule for daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
3. Properly use, maintain, and store chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety for residents and staff.
4. Interact directly with residents to meet their environmental needs.
5. Adhere to all policies and procedures, including infection control, emergency plans, and safety regulations.
6. Communicate professionally with staff, residents, and visitors.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting, bending, and pushing.
