Job summary

The Birches at New Hope is hiring for full-time and part-time staff. On-the-job training is provided; no prior experience is required for caring and dependable individuals.

We offer a positive environment where you can use your talents to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Job responsibilities include cleaning residents’ apartments and common areas, cleaning public bathrooms, and assisting with trash disposal.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Ability to work effectively as a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents’ apartments and common areas within the community.
• Clean public bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks and fixtures.
• Assist with collection, bagging, and disposal of trash.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• No prior housekeeping experience necessary
