Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $14.00/hr

The Housekeeping Team includes Cabin Attendants, Inspectors, and Laundry Attendants. Responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining, and verifying the cleanliness of park cabins, lodges, and guest quarters. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

Duties & Responsibilities

Cabin Attendants

• Maintain assigned housekeeping equipment and supplies safely
• Ensure cabins are stocked and equipped properly
• Remove trash and linens from guestrooms
• Set climate control to approved settings
• Report maintenance issues found during cleaning
• Record and turn in lost and found items
• Participate in other projects as assigned

Housekeeping Inspectors

• Inspect cabins and lodges to ensure cleanliness meets standards
• Ensure proper stocking and report maintenance issues
• Monitor temperature controls and appliances
• Work with housekeepers to ensure quality standards
• Record and manage lost and found items
• Mentor staff and review inspection results
• Use reservation systems to communicate room status

Laundry Attendants

• Sort and process linens and laundry
• Separate stained linens and treat accordingly
• Transport loads to laundry area
• Operate washers and dryers, fold linens
• Monitor supplies and report shortages
• Clean equipment and report issues
• Manage lost and found linens
• Assist teammates as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Work independently and maintain a positive attitude

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Remain stationary and perform physical activities like climbing and bending
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
