Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. You will clean resident homes and common areas, using specialized equipment, with no travel involved.

This full-time, on-site role offers a 7:00AM–3:30PM or 2:00PM–10:30PM schedule, starting at $16 per hour, with medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with 3% match, onsite healthcare, housing discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident homes in Independent Living or Nursing Home.
• Maintain cleanliness of community areas with specialized equipment.
• Clean public bathrooms, lobbies, classrooms, and living spaces.
• Assist with trash collection, disposal, and replacing liners.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces, including vacuuming and spot cleaning.

Join our team as a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. All of our clients are located within our community, so no travel is involved!

Schedule

7:00AM-3:30PM or 2:00PM-10:30PM

Compensation

starting at $16.00/hr

How you will make an impact

• Cleaning resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment
• Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures
• Cleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents
• Cleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs
• Assisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming

What you will need

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles
• Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other
