Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living in North Bethesda, MD is seeking a Housekeeping Utility Worker to clean building areas, floors and surfaces, set up rooms for events, and remove trash. No travel required.

Be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will operate carpet care and hard floor equipment, assist with waste disposal and room setups, and help move heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet care and floor finishing is preferred.
• Ability to operate carpet care and hard floor care equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community through specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
• Remove trash including refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces through cleaning and maintenance.
