Westin Pasadena is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise housekeeping tasks, monitor turndown service, and support the team to meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical ability to move throughout the building, lift up to 100 lbs, and effective communication with guests and staff. Join a dedicated hospitality team near historic Old Town Pasadena.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry or move materials up to 100 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Move throughout the building and assist other staff as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of house to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Review special requests and areas of concentration for smooth housekeeping operation.
• Distribute supplies to staff at shift start to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and answer inquiries to maintain controls.
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Maintain attendance and be available for regular work schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
