Job Description

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will ensure each room exceeds guest expectations through impeccable standards. Your initiative will help create personalized guest experiences, making each day enjoyable.

Primary Duties

• Service assigned rooms as per device instructions
• Change linen respecting conservation policies
• Perform all cleaning duties: trash removal, linen changes, replenish amenities, disinfect, vacuum, dust, verify behind furniture, and address any damages or issues
• Handle guest items with care, ensure linens are stain-free, and manage trash appropriately
• Report room issues requiring special attention
• Use chemicals correctly and ensure all electronic devices and outlets are functional
• Manage lost and found items properly
• Return all phones and keys, and follow security protocols
• Greet guests courteously, maintain grooming standards, and adhere to safety and security procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Warm, caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is a plus
• Focus on guest needs, professional and welcoming demeanor
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with attention to detail
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player, familiar with Apple/Android devices, knowledge of chemicals and grooming standards
• Recognize when a room should not be sold due to damage or other issues
