JOB SUMMARY:

The Housekeeping Attendant performs cleaningdutiesin all guest areas and back of house. This role consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas, back of house and event space

• Offers professional, friendly, and engaging service

• Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed

• Reports necessary maintenance items

• Follows departmental policies and procedures

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies

• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests

SECONDARY DUTIES:

• Performs other duties as assigned and responds to guests requests as necessary

• Supports staff when overflow is needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma with 2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
