Position Overview

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests, ensuring outstanding guest service and maintaining the hotel's standards of quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supplies daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Perform guest turn-down service when required.

Qualifications
