**LTD Hospitality Group** has an immediate opening for a Housekeeper/Room Attendant. As a Housekeeper with LTD, you will make a difference in the lives of guests by ensuring their rooms are clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We will provide training to help you start an exciting career with opportunities to grow within LTD's expanding portfolio of properties.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exceeding guest expectations and has a keen eye for detail. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supply of guest rooms in an assigned section.

• Clean and prepare rooms for new and current guests, including fixtures, walls, floors, furniture, and windows.
• Replenish supplies like glasses and writing materials.
• Tidy guest rooms as needed.
• Participate in the general clean program, changing blankets and mattress pads every 60 days or as per standards.
• Complete daily room projects such as cleaning thresholds and patios.
• Assist in carpet cleaning by spot cleaning carpets during room cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
• Report discrepancies to the Engineering Department.
• Help keep other hotel areas clean and orderly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Uphold high standards as per self-inspection guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
