Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Housekeeper to clean and service guest rooms to brand standards. You will maintain a tidy linen cart, report room issues, and ensure security of equipment and supplies while assisting guests with requests.

Full-time associates receive competitive pay and great benefits. Work hours are 2pm to 10pm with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, with potential increases to $19.20 as noted.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Ability to report issues with fixtures, doors, TVs, HVAC.
• Maintain security of equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
