Job summary

Fairmont San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain our guest rooms and ensure top-tier service. You will dust, beds, clean bathrooms, and replenish supplies in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities include sign in/out of master keys, proper use of cleaning products, recording cleaned rooms, and assisting with safety and sanitation policies. The hourly rate is $34.76 USD gross per hour.

• Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

• Update and record all cleaned rooms.
• Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
