The Role

The Room Attendant maintains cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, demonstrating keen attention to detail and high standards. You will build trusting relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, ego-free environment.

What You Will Do

• Model company principles of People, Place, and Character, providing intuitive service
• Follow departmental procedures and safety protocols while cleaning and stocking rooms
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitary standards
• Work efficiently and respectfully within your workspace
• Communicate openly with team members and participate in meetings
• Engage in feedback sessions to improve standards and skills
• Report conditions needing repair or improvement
