Job summary

The Ellison, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, a Marriott Tribute brand property in Oklahoma City, is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant. You will clean guest rooms, replenish amenities, and respond to guest requests while upholding brand standards.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, you must be able to work day shifts, weekends, and holidays, and maintain a positive, guest-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of housekeeping and/or hotel experience.
• Must be available for day shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and perform beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming to high standards.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously.

Supervisor: Housekeeping Manager, Assistant General Manager

Position Summary:

The Housekeeping Room Attendant position will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. This position reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards for the brand
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn-down service, as needed
• Be able to work flexible shifts
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the position

Required Skills/Abilities

• Working knowledge of housekeeping and hotel services, policies, and operations.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
