Description

Core Responsibilities include:

• Administration: Report to Housekeeping Office at shift start, pick up and sign out key, return key at shift end. Clean and maintain assigned rooms daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking room lights, television, spot cleaning, and stocking supplies. Report missing items and repair needs. Protect guest safety, be courteous, keep doors closed when cleaning, and handle lost and found items appropriately.
• Support: Must have strong English communication skills, report information accurately, follow safety and company policies, and attend meetings.
• Personal Effectiveness: Complete projects thoroughly, adapt to high-pressure situations, pursue personal growth, and maintain professional conduct and appearance.
• Communication: Understand and convey the company's mission and values, communicate clearly and professionally, listen actively, and report issues timely. Show respect to peers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Minimum lifting of 20 pounds
• Pushing, bending, stooping, reaching, manual dexterity
• Hearing, writing, reading skills
• Minimum pulling of 20 pounds
• Other duties as assigned
