Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a full-time room attendant for Hyatt Place Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch to support the housekeeping team. The role emphasizes cleanliness, guest service, and adherence to safety policies within a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include room cleaning, supply restocking, and reporting maintenance or safety issues while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Weekend availability is expected as part of the varied hours.

• Housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain room assignments from supervisor.
• Clean rooms according to established procedures.
• Know correct procedure for entering a guestroom.
• Check room for damaged furniture and equipment.
• Restock your cart at the end of each shift and return cart to storage area.
• Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas.
• Report all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance Engineer daily.
• Be alert to all possible hazards and practice safety at all times.
• Adhere to Lost and Found procedures.
• Provide the highest quality of service to the guests.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employees.
• Report any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to proper key control procedures.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.

JOB SUMMARY:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including weekends.
