Responsibilities

1. Check housekeeping cart for supplies, stock as needed.
2. Greet guests immediately with friendly acknowledgment.
3. Strip dirty linens/towels and remove amenities from rooms/suites.
4. Clean rooms/suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks. Report rooms as clean and available.
5. Report maintenance deficiencies to ensure rooms meet standards.
6. Replenish linen and guest amenities.
7. Clean balconies, if applicable.
8. Respond to guest requests, such as providing extra amenities or services.
9. Follow verbal directions accurately.
10. Use knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies effectively.
11. Always represent the hotel positively; SMILE!

Physical Requirements

This role involves continuous movement, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for an entire shift, and lift 20-30 lbs intermittently during the workday.
