Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices.
• Document inspection results and deliver clear reports to leadership.
• Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office to resolve issues.
• Monitor third-party housekeeping and laundry contractor performance.
• Maintain inventory for linens and housewares to support occupancy.
• Support audit readiness and follow up on key action items.
• Assist with guest recovery efforts and manage lost-and-found.
• Train team members and promote service excellence.

Join our team as a Housekeeping Quality Specialist (Inspector), where you’ll play a vital role in elevating the cleanliness standards for excellence across the resort. In this impactful position, you’ll help ensure every space reflects the highest levels of cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail.

In this role, you'll conduct inspections, evaluate service delivery, and partner with multiple departments to identify opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help drive continuous enhancements, support corrective action plans, and ultimately shape the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure everything meets brand and safety standards.
• Help develop and uphold quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices.

What You Bring
