Driggs Management, Inc is seeking a Housekeeping Public Areas Attendant to maintain cleanliness of the club's offices, bathrooms, and public spaces in Driggs, ID. Daily tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal and restocking supplies to create a welcoming environment.

This part-time seasonal non-exempt role will typically run five days a week, about eight hours per day, with overtime possible and weekend/holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak English at a level of Good or better.
  • Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Some light travel to nearby facilities is required; a valid driver’s license is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment and supplies for daily cleaning responsibilities.
  • Bathrooms: cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, countertops, sinks and mirrors.
  • Empty trash cans and sanitize surfaces in breakroom and public areas.
  • Dust and polish furniture, clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
  • Sweep, vacuum carpets and rugs; mop floors; high dusting.
  • Report necessary repairs or damages; follow Employee Handbook.

Summary/Objective

The Housekeeper for Public areas will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks daily to ensure the cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, and other public areas of the club. Duties will include but are not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, moping, dusting, trash removal, wiping, and stocking of supplies.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare equipment and supplies for daily cleaning responsibilities.
  • Bathrooms- cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, counter tops, sinks and mirrors.
  • Employee Breakroom - Cleaning and sanitizing all surface areas, counter tops, appliances, small appliances. Polish stainless appliances.
  • Empty trash cans.
  • Dust and polish furniture, cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces.
  • Handle all furniture and appliances with care.
  • Sweep, vacuum carpets & rugs.
  • Mop floors.
  • High dusting.
  • Report necessary repairs, replacements, damages.
  • Preform duties in line with the Employee Handbook.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This position is an indoor and outdoor position that will be subject to weather conditions and other hazards found outside. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, falls, cuts, sun exposure, chemicals and other potential hazards related to cleaning homes and facilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a Part-Time Seasonal Non-Exemptposition. This position will work 5 days a week and typicaly 8 hours per day. The specific days to be worked may be adjusted weekly for business needs. Overtime is possible. Must have the ability to work weekends, holidays, and days, with flexible hours. Schedule is subject to change, and applicants must be flexible with schedule adjustments.

Travel

  • Some light travel to nearby facilities is required, and so a valid drivers license is required for this role.

  • There are no educational expectations for this role.
  • Must be able to speak English at a level of "Good" or better.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in a housekeeping type of position.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or service related business
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
