Europa Village is seeking a part-time Public Area Attendant to maintain the overall cleanliness of our property. The role involves providing authentic and anticipatory service in our fast-paced winery environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, an outgoing, self-motivated, and energetic personality, attention to detail regarding cleanliness, and the ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Live and embody Europa Village core values.
• Ensure common areas, hallways, and restrooms meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow a daily checklist for detailing tasks.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Empty trash cans and cigarette receptacles.
• Polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust and replace light bulbs.
• Maintain outdoor areas free of trash, including emptying outdoor receptacles.
• Regularly detail bathrooms.
• Keep outdoor seating areas clean, power wash cement, wipe down tables and chairs, and remove cobwebs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Able to reach and bend comfortably.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests, complaints, or questions.
• Follow directions, procedures, and multi-task effectively.
• Ability to drive the company truck and pull a trailer when necessary.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
