Description

Job Summary

Performs cleaning of the casino's indoor and outdoor premises.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform detailed cleaning of the entire casino and restrooms.
2. Perform general floor care as needed (e.g., strip, wax, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, clean carpets).
3. Remove litter from parking lots and nearby areas on the casino property.
4. Maintain equipment daily; check all equipment before starting and ending shifts.
5. Assist in moving general storage items, furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
6. Assist in other housekeeping areas as needed.
7. Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
8. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Prior custodial experience preferred.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1.5 miles, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
