Housekeeping Porter (Maintenance)

Do you love to organize and maintain a clean living space?

If this sounds like you, we want you to join our team as a Housekeeping Porter!

Responsibilities:

1. Empties trash from designated trash rooms, offices, and break lounge.
2. Restock all janitorial closets and keep them neat and organized.
3. Clean equipment and store it properly.
4. Sweep and damp mop vinyl flooring throughout the community.
5. Engage with residents in their apartments to brighten their day.
6. Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.
7. Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments.
8. Maintain cleanliness of public and staff restrooms, refilling soap and towels as needed.
9. Change community fixture light bulbs as required.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work, or willingness to learn.
• Natural inclination for cleanliness and organization.
