Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is seeking a dedicated leader to manage the PM shift for the housekeeping team at Boston Children’s Hospital. You will direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs during your shift, fostering a productive, safe, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PM shift team to foster morale, quality, and respect.
• Demonstrate ongoing ability to maintain and improve customer and patient satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, training, development, and assignments of team members.
• Perform daily inspections and coach/counsel team members.
• Collaborate with director and leadership to achieve goals.
• Assist in adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
• Execute, monitor quality control systems and budgets.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Job Description We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team! Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift. Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities

• PM SHIFT Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect
• Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer and patient satisfaction
• Assist in managing team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments
• Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members
• Collaborate with director and department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals
• Assist in making adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals
• Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies
