Job summary

PACS Group United Kingdom in the United States is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate and oversee cleaning across offices, residences, and community grounds. You will lead staff, plan schedules, inspect areas, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with MSDS, OSHA, EPA guidelines.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related supervision experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
• Previous supervisory or scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules for all areas.
• Plans cleaning programs including move-in preparations and carpet cleaning.
• Prepares inventory and orders supplies; ensures safe handling and storage.
• Schedules and conducts training sessions for housekeeping personnel.
• Ensures staff follow safety standards and chemical handling guidelines.
• Maintains clean resident apartments, offices, and public areas; monitors budgets where applicable.
