Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the support services department, coordinate frontline staff, and serve as a liaison between administration and departments to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Establish and review standards and procedures annually.
  2. Plan work schedules and staffing to ensure adequate service.
  3. Assist in hiring, training, and orienting staff.
  4. Supervise housekeeping staff and conduct inspections.
  5. Report on goals and achievements monthly.
  6. Provide ongoing staff education and training.
  7. Coordinate outside services like pest control and waste management.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in stressful environments.
  • Leadership qualities, initiative, and responsibility.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
