Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee support services, coordinate frontline staff, and liaise with administration to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Establish and review standards and work procedures annually.
  2. Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure service adequacy.
  3. Assist in hiring, training, and orienting staff.
  4. Supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
  5. Conduct inspections and recommend improvements.
  6. Report on goals and plans monthly.
  7. Provide ongoing staff education and training.
  8. Communicate effectively across staff and departments.
  9. Coordinate external services like pest control and waste management.
Qualifications
  1. At least 4 years in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
  2. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience with high customer contact.
  3. Effective communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  5. Ability to work in a changing, stressful environment.
  6. Leadership, initiative, and responsibility.
  7. Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office.
  9. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
