East West Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry operations for Snowmass Mountain Lodging. You will hire, train, and develop staff across multiple properties, oversee budgeting, standards, and guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (asset).
• Three years related experience or training in hospitality.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and retain all Housekeeping employees (Contracted or SML Employees).
• Familiar with and perform to the requirements of all Housekeeping job descriptions.
• Train, develop, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communication, progressive discipline and terminate as appropriate.
• Ensure proper staffing levels to meet owner, rental guest and common area needs.
• Conduct performance reviews, resolve problems, provide open communication, discipline and terminate as appropriate.
• Conduct regular employee meetings.
• Review and complete payroll for all assigned employees.
• Develop subordinate managers and inspectors through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Department of Labor requirements and standards.
