Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assign and update room statuses in the property HMS system.
• Serve as main contact between housekeeping, front office, and engineering.
• Assign rooms to attendants and dispatch staff as needed.
• Support day-to-day efficiency of housekeeping operations.
• Log all guest requests and actions; prioritize guest needs.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Page staff using the paging system as required.
• Organize the housekeeping office and manage files and paperwork.
• Track keys and inventory; report missing items to managers.
• Run in-house guest lists and check-out lists from the PMS.
• Assign sections to attendants and supervisors; manage pagers and keys.
• Monitor rooms released for turnover and update records.
• Maintain logbooks for lost and found and engineering deficiencies.
