Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces for cleanliness and quality.
• Inspect the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants; train and coach staff.
• Schedule daily work, monitor progress, and ensure standards are met; recheck rooms as needed.
• Monitor supplies; ensure adequate linen and housekeeping stock on guest floors.
• Communicate with Front Office and Engineering regarding room status and maintenance issues.
• Perform inventories of linens and housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
