Job summary

The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards, train staff, and enhance guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with other departments, address guest requests, and maintain staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity, with fluency in English; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior housekeeping experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity.
• High school math level required.

Overview

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction? Join our team as a Housekeeping Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence , you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, leading a team of dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
