Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role.

• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure coverage.
• Inspects suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Performs housekeeping tasks including making beds and vacuuming.
• Verifies and updates room status; notes discrepancies.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
• Notifies management of maintenance needs when observed.
• Performs other duties to meet business objectives.
