Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel, inn, or resort.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day housekeeping operations and follows policies.
• Develops procedures to meet standards and goals.
• Conducts daily inspections of guestrooms and related areas.
• Manages departmental budget, revenue, expenses, and labor costs.
• Reports unsafe conditions and ensures equipment is maintained.
• Maintains department equipment and supply inventories.
• Advise guests, clients, and team on housekeeping matters.
• Selects, trains, schedules, and counsels staff; leads by example.
• Provides performance assessments and upholds safety procedures.
