Atrium Hospitality’s Springdale Hampton Inn & Suites in Springdale, AR is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to lead a team and deliver a best-in-class guest experience. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and brand standards while managing payroll and supply costs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management, is tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and can work weekends and holidays. High school diploma required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams.
• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience every day.
• Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs.
• Oversee staffing—from interviewing to coaching—and support performance management with fairness and clarity.
• Train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to keep quality top-notch.
