Qualifications

• 2 years of housekeeping experience required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with other departments on status updates.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests.
• Assist in training, coaching and development of team members.
