Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
• Ensure room readiness by coordinating housekeeping efforts for prompt and efficient guest room availability
• Manage departmental processes including systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain high-quality standards and compliance
• Inspire and develop the team by supervising, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment

Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Schedule: Mostly PM shifts. Availability to work weekends and holidays required.

• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
